The Bow Quarter is well-served by public transport (except the odd, very frustrating, weekends, when all the tubes stations seem to close in unison!).

Tube

The nearest tube station is Bow Road, a 10 minute walk away. This is on the District Line, with an easy across-the-platform connection to the Central Line one stop away at Mile End.

DLR

The DLR at Bow Church is even closer, with services to Canary Wharf and Stratford.

Overground

The nearest Overground station is Hackney Wick, a 20 minute walk or a short bus ride on the 488 or 276 from Fairfield Road or 339 from Tredegar Rd, with connections to Dalston, Camden, Hampstead (including Hampstead Heath) and Richmond.

Stratford and Stratford International are easily reached via the 25 or 339 bus or the DLR from Bow Church.

Buses

Local buses include:
25 (Bow Road - Bow Church stop)
205 (Bow Road - Bow Church stop or Bow Bus Garage for drop-off only)
8 (Roman Road Market - Bow Bus Garage for drop-off only)
276 or 488 (Fairfield Road - Tredegar Road stop)
339 (Tredegar Rd - Usher Road stop or Wick Lane - Autumn Street stop)

Stansted Transfer

If you are flying from Stansted there is an (almost) 24-hour coach service from the end of the road! The A9 bus runs from opposite Bow Church DLR. It takes around 1 hour and costs £9 one-way or £16 return.

Disruptions

There are frequent weekend disruptions on the tube and trains. For further information please visit the TfL tube status page here.
