The electricity meters for most apartments in the Bow Quarter (apart from Blondin St and Moreland Cottages) are in communal cupboards. These cupboards are locked shut, and there is no general access.

Most meters are dual Economy 7 meters, with seperate readings for day and nighttime rates. Please see the article on Economy 7 for further details.
